JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8 years of working experience as a Production Head/Manager in Stretch Film Manufacturing
• Have good analytical and calculation skills in production planning and operations
• Willing to be placed in Batam, Riau Islands

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Develop and manage production materials and budget for stretch film manufacturing
• Ability to understand and apply engineering concepts to improve the performance of production department
• Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and present to the BOD on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Manage production team to achieve production target
• Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for production activities
• Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery
• Evaluate and investigate production issues and develop resolutions
• Evaluate and suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity
• Ensure finished goods meet quality standards and customer specifications
