JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 8 years of working experience as a Production Head/Manager in Stretch Film Manufacturing
- Have good analytical and calculation skills in production planning and operations
- Willing to be placed in Batam, Riau Islands
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Develop and manage production materials and budget for stretch film manufacturing
- Ability to understand and apply engineering concepts to improve the performance of production department
- Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and present to the BOD on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Manage production team to achieve production target
- Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for production activities
- Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery
- Evaluate and investigate production issues and develop resolutions
- Evaluate and suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity
- Ensure finished goods meet quality standards and customer specifications
