JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Proven experience and strong understanding in Finance Management, Fundamental Accounting, Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), and applicable tax regulations
- Minimum 8 years of work experience with at least few years in manufacturing and supervisory role
- Experienced in payroll and banking
- Certification in related field (Ak. / CA / Brevet) is a must
- Proficient in Accounting Software, such as Accurate is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines
- Proactive in identifying issues, probing them into data, and recommending solutions
- Good understanding of English both written and spoken
- Willing to be placed in Batam, Riau Islands
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the Finance & Accounting
- Maintain daily control on company’s expenditure in line with company’s policy, including handling payroll and banking
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and financial statements
- Develop monthly, quarterly & yearly tax report on time and ensure company tax matters are in accordance with tax regulations and maintain company’s tax database
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Develop or improve the Finance & Accounting business processes, policies, and procedures
- Liaise with auditors and consultants and complete annual audits
- Provide details of forecast and yearly plan through coordination with company’s internal departments
- Contribute to the leadership across the Finance & Accounting Department and strive to deliver outstanding results and services
- Act as an enthusiastic, positive, and motivated role model for the team
